Capacity Building Projects: Enforcement in St. Petersburg
The DCMR executes a Matra project (bilateral fund for societal transformation) in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation. The main beneficiary in the project is the environmental control department in the City of St. Petersburg.
Improving enforcement regime
In this project, the DCMR assists the environmental control department in the city of St. Petersburg in improving its enforcement regime. It provides an extensive training to the staff members of the control department in integrated enforcement, in line with European approaches. The project includes workshops, seminars and conferences in St. Petersburg and two study tours to the Netherlands.
